“Despite all the challenges we still have with Covid-19, I look forward to 2022. We have always been able to adapt costs and traffic to the different scenarios that the pandemic has caused and have been able to concentrate on the segments where we see growth. Despite all the challenges we have had, we will be able to present a positive financial result also for 2021“, says Peter Ståhlberg, Managing Director of Wasaline.
“We can only hope that everyone soon realizes that the pandemic cannot be stopped by restricting travel between neighboring countries,” he continues.
“Our organization has adapted to the new situation and continues to be very cost-effective. With a steady increase on the cargo side, we see that Aurora Botnia, which has greater freight capacity, is delivering continued growth. The increased frequency has been very well received by our cargo customers and passengers. We would like to thank all our cargo customers and passengers. I would also like to thank all the staff who do an outstanding job daily of reviewing all costs and ensuring that the traffic works smoothly across Kvarken“, says Peter Ståhlberg, CEO of Wasaline.
